Hatem Mohyeldin is an innovation consultant and researcher based in Cairo, with experience in developing research-driven initiatives, international partnerships and ecosystem-building projects.
He currently works at Arweqah, a Saudi-based company specialising in entrepreneurship, economic development, and research and innovation, where he contributes to strategic projects that bridge knowledge with practice.
With a background in Arabic literature (BA) and over four years of experience in social research, Hatem combines academic depth with practical expertise in research, innovation ecosystems and capacity building.
His work focuses on creating knowledge platforms and initiatives that empower individuals and institutions, and he is driven by a passion for generating meaningful impact at the intersection of research, innovation and human development.
Hatem is also the founder of Hawamish Qare2, a social initiative for critical reading and a digital content creation channel. Through workshops, community discussions and accessible multimedia content, the initiative promotes participatory reading practices and encourages more in-depth cultural engagement with literature.
Hatem is a recipient of the Lazord Fellowship and the CEE Program Award, recognitions that highlight his commitment to social impact, innovation and leadership in knowledge-driven initiatives.
