Irene Ochala is a programme management specialist with more than 18 years of experience in project management, policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, research, learning and governance strengthening.
Irene is proficient in designing and implementing national-level and multi-country research and evaluation studies and adept at ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
She is an expert in monitoring, evaluation and learning activities for health and social programmes, with specialised experience in HIV/Aids; malaria; reproductive health and family planning (RH/FP); maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH)’ adolescent health; nutrition; water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH); livelihoods; education; women’s empowerment; orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and leadership and governance.
